  I would just like to start off defending this amazing place. I heard about this particular day referred to prior, as I was there the next day. The owner of the shop was attending her own daughters wedding and another staff member had a family emergency who was also supposed to be there to assist. Unfortunately these things happen in business and being a small boutique they do not have the luxury of calling in extra staff. I am in the current process of getting my dress made at Bonita and CANNOT fault the service or quality in anyway. I am extremely fussy and yet had no idea what I wanted(worst combination). However Elide has made every step of the process magical and I adore her. The service I have been provided is above and beyond anywhere I have experienced before. My mum attended with me today and she fell in love with the place also. My dress is looking AMAZING and I am 150% satisfied. I will refer Bonita Bridal to anyone and thank you so much to all of the staff there. I tried on several dresses at Bonita that did fit and I am also a size 10-12. I get very disappointed seeing reviews like prior, particularly about a place like Bonita. Some people need to learn how hard it can be to run a small business and realise how these comments can seriously affect them. I run a photography company myself I would always hope my customers would come to me if they had any issues, instead of trying to put me out of business. Elide your store is sensational and I hope anyone reading these reviews will not judge you incorrectly. I am soooo grateful and have 100% confidence in your amazing talents, your passion is very obvious. Thanks for making this special time even more special.
